Strategy › Skills is a small catalog of packaged trading approaches: "", "Dual momentum ETF rotation", "Earnings-drift watch", "Cash-heavy defensive". Each one is a reviewed page of instructions for the PM (and sometimes the ) plus three things you can check before you install it:

- the risk envelope it needs, for example "position cap at most 10%". A skill can only ask for settings at least as tight as the book already runs; it never asks for anything looser;
- the settings it recommends (an weight, a line), each shown with a chip that links to the that owns that setting. Nothing is applied for you;
- an eval scorecard, the same fixture run with and without the skill on the deterministic test : did behaviour move the way the skill says it should, and did every still pass the .
Installing and uninstalling
Installing needs your and is audited; the PM reads the skill's page from its next session, after its own instruction modules (Agent › Configure lists installed skills read-only, with a Strategy skills· Strategy › Skills chip back to the one place they are managed). Uninstalling is one click. At most three skills can be installed on a book at once, and each book's installs are its own.
What a skill never does
A skill never changes a limit, a , the or an algorithm setting, and it grants the analyst no new tool; the enforces exactly the same policy with or without it. If you later loosen the book past what an installed skill needs, the skill is suspended (shown on its card and under Agent › Configure) rather than silently applied; tighten the setting again or uninstall it.
Notethe catalog is first-party and in-repo for now; every bundle is pinned by a lock file and re-reviewed (its scorecard regenerated) whenever its text changes.
