What changed for people using Bellwether

• The landing page shows what it claims instead of saying it. Four poster sections join the public page: how the desk learns from every session, one real recorded decision where the desk argued with itself (company unnamed, rendered from the record's own fields), how your approval line decides what waits for you and what goes straight out, and how we measure the desk against a copy of the same book run by fixed rules only. Nothing on the page states a result or a return; the two drawings that use made-up numbers say so on the drawing. Motion pauses off screen and stands still if your device asks for reduced motion; the closing scene no longer shows a stray line.
• Speculative is a different animal, not Aggressive with wider fences. A Speculative book (paper only, behind its risk acknowledgement) now works to a different mandate in code: more new ideas and orders per check-in (up to 8, reachable only by an acknowledged Speculative book — every other posture keeps its ceiling of 6), more round trips per week, adds allowed the same day at a later check-in, and starters sized from the exposure gap. Measured live: a Speculative book deployed 95 % of its band by day two against 67 % for Aggressive with zero safety violations; its trading pace ran 1.3× Aggressive against a 1.5× bar, so the pace claim is reported as not yet met.
• Every way you can steer the desk is now measured with the live model. Typed tilts, schedules ("day-trade this name", "flatten by the close", "stay in cash today"), house-style preferences and goals each run as a live pair against a no-instruction control; Consult's routing of your sentence to the desk is measured on the exact wording you used; the guidance interpreter is scored field by field against a fresh held-out set. Where a path did not move the desk, the report says so rather than counting a citation as success.
