What changed for people using Bellwether

• The Overview tells the truth in plain words. Critic findings read as sentences that say what the consequence is and who acts, not as internal codes; a status line never contradicts the card next to it; the headline figures reconcile with the tiles under them on the same screen; day-report anomalies say what happened, what it cost and who handles it; Jim's method versus the blend is one sentence; the Quant card says what you can do from it; guidance counts read as words. The signed-in backdrop is measured to stay calm behind what you read.
• Accounts reads as one honest summary. Broker, account, health, equity and whether the book can trade appear once, in one block, from structured fields, instead of repeating across cards; every table in the console and in Admin sits on a surface you can read; a short readout never pushes its figure off the screen on a phone. Help gains plain articles on connecting a paper account, funding it, keys and safety, paper versus live, and what to do when the broker disconnects.
• Decided, not yet built: a book may bring its own model key. The design was independently attacked and accepted: the key lives only in a per-book secret the public API can deposit into but never read, a key version is used only when the book's own record names it, there is no silent fallback to the platform's key, and spend is shown by who pays. Implementation starts behind a switch; nothing changes for any book today.

Switched on in this release

• Nothing. The market event bus ships installed and dark: a detector service watches rows the platform already writes (quotes, bars, symbol status, research items, the market clock) and, once enabled, records market events in one global log; a router inside the agent daemon would turn those into per-book wakes under posture-derived budgets, first in shadow. With its switches off, prompts, schemas and wake budgets are byte-identical to the previous release (independent review: "dark means dark", verified by test).

Known gaps / coming next

• The live mandate climb is landing behind this release; ambient shell motion is reconciling with the Overview's calm-backdrop rule; Consult one-path guidance is re-gating on the new main.
• The event bus's shadow week, load test and alert policy are operator/orchestrator steps after this deploy, in the enabling order written in the event-bus architecture page.
