What changed for people using Bellwether

• The Overview mind card tells the truth and reads as the desk's mind. "Ready" now appears only when the latest read actually confirms the level, there is no open serious Critic point on that name and the buy was not withdrawn; a withdrawn or challenged order says so in its own words. Queued rows no longer repeat one sentence per name: each line says why that name is queued, what it is waiting on (the order window, your OK above an amount, a price), when it goes out and what would cancel it; the "risk rules check each order" fact appears once per card, not per row. Where the desk needs your approval the card says the approval is enforced, not hoped for. Terms like "act line" carry a one-line gloss. The Learning panel only calls a pattern "improving" or "worsening" once there are enough graded sessions to say so, and says "too early to tell" before that.
• Repeated mistakes read plainly. The Learning › repeated-mistakes list names the mistake, how often, and whether it is getting rarer, without internal category codes.

Switched on in this release

• Nothing new is switched on. Three capabilities ship installed but off, each behind its own switch, to be enabled one at a time after a live check: situational instruction modules for the desk roles (the portfolio manager, researcher, Critic and Quant receive a short, proven instruction block only when the situation it covers is present), the desk's idea funnel (the researcher proposes names to cover with a source, a thesis and an expiry; the portfolio manager adopts or declines; code lapses them), and the alpha research program's round-one tooling (point-in-time universe, matched-volatility comparison, bootstrap confidence intervals; three round-one hypotheses measured with no edge after costs and registered research-only, so nothing enters the live blend).

Known gaps / coming next

• Tonight's remaining streams (Consult one-path guidance, ambient shell motion, Accounts summary, Overview truth strip, the landing page posters, Speculative posture in kind, the live mandate climb, the market event bus) are building their independent-review fixes and land in the next releases.
