Strategy and Risk say one number per fact, the Inbox's Quant cards read in words, the symbol page reads one truth

Strategy and Risk say one number, one name and one date per fact.

What changed for people using Bellwether

  • Strategy and Risk say one number, one name and one date per fact. The Autonomy setting now reads "Semi-automatic up to $300" (the orders that go without you) and can no longer be read as its opposite. The Risk card that explains which size tier your limits use reads today's equity, the same figure the page header shows, says which band that puts you in and how many more trading days it takes before anything loosens, and dates any earlier reading it mentions. A limit that the tier is holding below what you stored says so in plain sight — "In force 6 a day", with one sentence on why and "Stored 8, not in force" under the field — instead of hiding the truth in a hover. The line at the top of Risk counts only what is actually in force when it says whether anything is looser than the defaults.
  • One name for each kind of desk session, and counts that add up. The morning plan, check-ins, the research brief, the end-of-day check and the daily review carry the same names on Your desk, on the Schedule and in Usage; a session that stopped early reads "stopped early" everywhere and a slot you paused reads "paused" quietly rather than as an error. The Schedule's summary is counted from the rows beneath it and names the Portfolio Manager's share, so it visibly agrees with the numbers at the top of the PM's page and with the day tile on Your desk.
  • The Inbox's Quant recommendation cards read like the trade cards beside them. Each card leads with one plain sentence of what would change and what the Quant expects, shows the exact change as labeled rows using your own limit names ("Largest order, $500 to $250, tighter"), and keeps the statistics, the method and the evidence behind "Show the numbers" with every technical term explained on hover. A card you already accepted or that the desk applied on its own says so truthfully in its footer and reads in the past tense; a retired kind of recommendation is marked "Retired, decline only" with Dismiss as its one action. "Needs your code" now says which code, countdowns use one grammar ("3h 57m left"), a sale never shows a "since fill" gain, and no label anywhere in the Inbox ends in an ellipsis.
  • The symbol page below the fold tells one truth from one source. The block about your own position lists the same protective stop the strip above it shows and the same open orders the Portfolio shows; a name you hold always has its history on the page; when live prices are off, the top of the page shows the last close, dated, as one number with no intraday change beside it, and a missing price is words rather than "$0.00". A tradability screen that fails leads with what it found. Every algorithm carries one label with a definition on hover, the nightly screen's numbers sit behind a disclosure with plain labels, the chart has a price scale that names its dotted reference line, peer prices say which close they are, and on a phone the actions fit in two rows with the chart inside the first screen.

What you may notice

  • Tab counts on Strategy and Risk say what they count — "Guidance 2 to acknowledge", "Recommendations 8 open", "Limits 11 rules" — and no tab or badge carries a hover title.
  • The Quant's attribution on the PM's page is one sentence ("… has done best so far, +10.9% over 9 trades; … worst, −3.7% over 4 trades") with the per-algorithm table behind a disclosure.
  • The tell-desk card in Consult says "the words your desk will read" rather than claiming they are exactly what you typed.
  • The go-live check "Your guidance acknowledged" reports the acknowledged share of the desk's last five sessions and passes only at 100 %.
  • Request cards from Consult say "If you accept" as labeled before-and-after rows; the Critic's finding card and the Requests strip say what their links open.
  • On the symbol page the sentence about the PM and the signals never asserts an agreement where the PM has made no call; a name the desk cannot trade leads with "Not tradable here"; guidance rows read Enforced · Instructed · Watching with their status in words; a split older than your lot is no longer listed as applied to it; "sector" means one level on the page and in the data behind it.
  • Admin › Usage names a Consult session "Consult question" (the owner's own desk keeps "Your question").

Known gaps / coming next

  • The Algorithms page still shows the older short algorithm names in two places; it adopts the symbol page's label table when the Algorithms tabs work lands.
  • A few words on these screens that belong to the wording pass of the same audit (the tier badge's glue, "operator pin", ISO dates in two captions, the "↗" on session links) are listed for that pass rather than changed here.
  • Decided rows in the Inbox and the order sentences in Activity converge on one order grammar when the Monitor screens' pass lands; a sale's outcome figure ("price up $16.54 since you sold") waits for the data behind it to be defined per side.
  • The help article on Consult still says the tell-desk card carries your words "exactly as you typed them"; the console no longer claims it and the article follows in the help wording pass.
