What changed for people using Bellwether

• The welcome page was rebuilt to be read, not decoded. The illustrative trading session, the sector heat grid, the proximity ring and the wall of screenshots are gone. In their place: what Bellwether is, how a trading day runs hour by hour, who is on the desk and what each one can and cannot do, the four things you control, how we test and what a test does not prove, the safety rules that are code rather than promises, and straight answers to common questions.
• The page no longer flickers or shows blank blocks while scrolling on phones, and reduced-motion visitors get the same content without animation.
