What changed for people using Bellwether

• Algorithms page, rebuilt around the blend. A blend bar and legend show how much each algorithm actually counts after scaling and caps ("you set 50% → counts as 33%"), a "Setups & levels" section explains the rule-based method in plain words, algorithms are simply On or Off (the old "required" veto mode is retired), and the act line is shown as a number.
• A second-generation signal blend runs in the background. Version 2 scores every algorithm on a comparable scale, treats "no view" as missing rather than as a vote, and caps how much any one algorithm or cluster can dominate. It runs in shadow next to today's blend: you can see its preview beside the live number, but it does not drive trades until the evidence says it should.
• Cutover is evidence-gated, not a toggle. A cutover card appears only when a published evidence run recommends it; today's evidence (two universes, realistic costs, several book sizes and postures) does not recommend switching, so every book stays on the current blend. The card says so, with the numbers behind it.
• Symbol pages gain a signal block showing each algorithm's current view and the blend for that name.
• The PM's brief now states the asymmetric contract explicitly: signals inform entries; a large under-investment with no trigger is one of the few cases where it may act without one.
